Four virtuous disciplines 四賢德（不過份要求、不挾怨報復、不以牙還牙、不揭人隱私）

Four virtuous disciplines (Wyl. dge sbyong gi chos bzhi):

1. never to repay abuse with abuse,
2. never to be angry in return for anger,
3. never to strike back when struck, and
4. never to expose the faults of others when they reveal ours.
