The Four Menmo (Tib. Menmo Shyi) [1] are female protector deities of Tibet, bound under oath by Guru Padmasambhava. They are:-
屬於蓮師於阿修羅洞以誓言束縛的十二丹瑪/永寧護法女神之列。

- Tsenla Rölpe - Dorje Menchikma
- Turquoise Bell - Dorje Zulema
