The Four Medical Tantras (Wyl. rgyud bzhi) were compiled by Yuthok Yönten Gönpo in the ninth century and then rediscovered by Drapa Ngönshé in the eleventh century. They are:

- 根本醫典（根本續） Root Tantra (rtsa rgyud)
- 論說醫典（論說續） Explanatory Tantra (bshad rgyud)
- 秘訣醫典（秘訣續） Instructional Tantra (man ngag gi rgyud)
- 後續醫典（後續） Subsequent Tantra (phyi ma'i rgyud)
