Tulku Pema Wangyal Rinpoche, (Tib. པདྨ་དབང་རྒྱལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།)or Taklung Tsetrul Pema Wangyal Rinpoche (b.1945), is the first son of the Dzogchen master Kangyur Rinpoche. He is the main resident master of the three year Nyingmapa retreats in Dordogne, France, director of the Association du Centre d'Etudes de Chanteloube and founder of the Padmakara Translation Group.
祖古貝瑪旺嘉仁波切（Tulku Pema Wangyal Rinpoche），或稱達隆澤珠貝瑪旺嘉仁波切（Taklung Tsetrul Pema Wangyal Rinpoche；1945-）是大圓滿上師甘珠爾仁波切（Kangyur Rinpoche）的長子。他是法國多荷冬（Dordogne）寧瑪巴三年閉關中心的常駐上師，也是法國香特鹿佛法中心協會（Association du Centre d'Etudes de Chanteloube）的會長，以及蓮師翻譯小組（Padmakara Translation Group）的創始人。
