Gönlung Monastery

Gönlung Jampa Ling Monastery (dgon lung byams pa gling) was one of the three largest Gelugpa monasteries in Amdo. It was founded in 1604 and was home to a number of important, high-ranking incarnations including the Changkya and Thuken lineages.
