Four stages of approach and accomplishment

  1. 念誦 approach (Tib. nyenpa; Wyl. bsnyen pa)
  2. 近誦 intimate or close approach (Tib. nyenyen; Wyl. nye bsnyen)
  3. 修成 accomplishment (Tib. drubpa; Wyl. sgrub pa)
  4. 大修成 great accomplishment (Tib. drupchen; Wyl. sgrub ch'en)
