金剛持云諸成就 隨阿闍黎行出生

1. 由是於彼輕蔑者 說為根本第一墮
2. 從善逝語違越者 說為根本第二墮
3. 金剛兄弟起忿爭 說為根本第三墮
4. 於諸眾生捨慈心 說為根本第四墮
5. 斷正法根菩提心 說為根本第五墮
6. 毀謗自他宗派法 說為根本第六墮
7. 於未成熟諸有情 宣說密法第七墮
8. 輕蔑蘊即五佛體 說為根本第八墮
9. 疑諸自性清淨法 說為根本第九墮
10. 於毒常具大慈心 說為根本第十墮
11. 分別離名等諸法 說為根本十一墮
12. 破壞具信心眾生 說為根本十二墮
13. 不依已得三昧耶 說為根本十三墮
14. 毀謗婦女慧自性 說為根本十四墮

密者由斷彼諸墮 決定當得大成就
從此三昧耶退失 為退失魔所損惱
由此感受諸痛苦 命終顛倒墮地獄
安住等持上師前 所有諸物作供獻
於三寶前作皈依 菩薩戒等儀律者
設若希求得利益 咒者厲力應當持
