Maning Nakpo

Maning Nakpo (Wyl. ma ning nag po) is a dharma protector, neither male nor female in gender, that is usually depicted as blue black in colour, with three eyes, holding in the right hand a war banner and in the left a heart and noose, wearing a crown of skulls and hair of black snakes.
