'''Yolmo Ngakchang Shakya Zangpo''' ([[Wyl.]] ''sngags 'chang śakya bzang po'') (15th century) was born in southern Latö in Drampa Jong in the Tibetan province of [[Tsang]]. He studied with Namkha Palden of Kongpo, Namkha Gyaltsen, Orgyen Palzang of Tsang, [[Pema Lingpa]], and many other masters of the [[Nyingma]] and [[Sarma]] tradtions. He opened up the hidden land of Yolmo. At [[Samyé]] he revealed a [[terma]] concerning the [[Boudhanath]] [[stupa]], which he later restored. He also supervised a major restoration of the [[stupa]] at [[Swayambhunath]].

He passed the [[Northern Treasures]] teachings on to the two brothers [[Ngari Panchen Pema Wangyal]] and [[Lekden Dudjom Dorje]].
