==Name==
Dharma Mati is the Sanskrit equivalent of the Tibetan Chökyi Lodrö, meaning 'intelligent understanding of the [[Dharma]]'.

==History==
The grand opening took place in October 2007, with a five day-retreat led by [[Sogyal Rinpoche]]. At the end of 2011, 25 years after the first [[Kirchheim]] retreat, [[Rigpa Germany]] was the main host for Rigpa's first interactive retreat via video streaming. Sogyal Rinpoche led the retreat from Australia, together with [[Patrick Gaffney]], who was holding the event in Berlin.

2009: [[Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche]] performs a [[Rabné]] ceremony in May.

2010: 3-7 July, His Holiness [[Sakya Trizin]] visits.
